This is the final lecture in our Culture at the Castle series and what a note to end on! Local historians Bob Boles and Paul Buckley will deliver a lecture on 'The Seven Days in May' - the 1559 Siege of Cahir Castle. The lecture, will of course, take place in the Great Hall of Cahir Castle on the 18th July at 8pm.

Absorbing account of the Siege of Cahir Castle by a knowledgeable speaker who presented articulately and clearly. I had not heard the details of the siege before. The event was very interesting.
